Our favourite winter wedding cocktails!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 
So how fitting that we’ve put together our favourite winter cocktails to fill your guests with Christmas cheer.

What you’ll need:
– Around 20 blackberries (the fresher the better)
– 4 oz of Gin
– 2 sprigs of rosemary 
– 2 oz of simple syrup
– 4 oz of lemon juice 
– sparkling soda

What to do:
– Add half the blackberries and one sprig of rosemary into each glass and muddle
– Remove the rosemary, add the syrup and lemon juice and stir.
– Top up with ice and pour over the sparkling soda.
– Garnish with the remaining rosemary and a few blackberries.

What you need:
– 1/3 oz of Cognac 
– 3 oz of Champagne
– 1 sugar cube
– 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters 

What to do:
– Take a champagne flute, pop in a sugar cube and soak with a dash of Angostura Bitters.
– Top up with Champagne and add a drop of Cognac.
– Garnish with your choice of winter berries/currants.

What you need:
– 4 oz of Bacardi Rum
– 12 oz of orange juice
– 4 oz of Blue Curacao liquor
– 4 oz of Peach Schnapps
– 4oz of lemon and lime soda
– Maraschino cherries and orange slices

What to do:
– Add Peach Schnapps, Bacardi, orange juice, lemon and lime soda and Blue Curacao into a large pitcher.
– Stir, divide into glasses and garnish with cherries and orange slices.

What you need:
– Honey
– Ice
– 1 cup of pineapple juice
– 1/2 cup of Blue Curacao 
– 1/2 cup vodka 
– 1/2 cup of cream of coconut 
– Flaked coconut

What do to:
– Rim the glasses using honey (Pour honey onto a plate, dip in the rims and then dip into coconut flakes on a separate plate)
– Blend together pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, cream of coconut and ice.
– Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

What you need:
– Ginger beer
– 1/2 tsp of honey
– 1/4 tsp of lime juice
– 5 cranberries
– 1 sprig of rosemary
– White sugar
– 1 oz of Vodka
– 3 mint leaves

What to do:
– Muddle together mint leaves, 2 cranberries, honey and lime.
– Rim the glass with lime and dip into white sugar.
– Place the mixture into the glass, add crushed ice and vodka.
– Top up with ginger beer.
– Garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
