Put a ring on Spr’IT’z

This twist on the Limoncello Spritz is perfect for the Bride to be!

Ingredients: Limoncello, Prosecco, Soda Water, Fresh Lemon, Ring Stirrers

Method: Simply add 50ml of Limoncello, 50ml of prosecco and 50ml of soda water to a large wine glass then pop in a ring stirrer for added effect, garnish with a slice of lemon.

Maid of DIShonour Daquiri

It is the hen night, after all! The maid of honour deserves a night to let herself go and this extra strong Daquiri is a quick route to becoming the Maid of DIShonour (for one night only, of course).

Ingredients: White Rum, Strawberry Liqueur, Sugar, Lime Juice, Fresh Strawberries!

Method: In a shaker add 50ml of white rum, 1 tbsp of strawberry liqueur, 1 tbsp of sugar,  25ml of lime juice and four fresh strawberries and muddle with a rolling pin, then shake up the mixture and pour into a daiquiri glass, garnish with half a strawberry!

Tipsy Unicorn Tipple

We all think we’re a little magical after a few tipples, the ‘Tipsy Unicorn Tipple’ is a fruity, glittery, pink delight to start your night right!

Ingredients: Unicorn Tears Raspberry Gin, Pink Lemonade, Frozen berries, Unicorn straws.

 Method: In a tall glass add plenty of ice, a 50ml shot of Unicorn Tears Rasberry Gin and swirl in around 100ml of pink lemonade. Top with frozen berries, and finish with a glittery unicorn straw!

Let that Man-Go Margarita

For the singletons of the party! This is a super fruity twist on the Margarita… tequila is the saviour of all heartbreaks, and tonight is the night to let loose and Let that Man-Go! (You’ll need a blender for this one)

Ingredients: Tequila, Limes, Sugar, Triple Sec, Frozen Mango Chunks, Orange and Mango juice

Method: In a blender add 50ml of Tequila, 50ml of Triple Sec, juice of one lime, A handful of frozen mango chunks, and 100ml of orange and mango juice. Use the squeezed lime remains to wet the rim of the margarita glass and then dip the rim into sugar to coat it, pour in the mixture et voila!

The Blushing Bride Bellini

Becuase there’s going to be a lot of blushing going on during the hen night antics tonight! The shimmering blush gold bellini is the perfect ‘classy’ tipple before the storm!

Ingredients: Prosecco, Rose Gold Shimmer for Prosecco, Raspberry Puree, Fresh Raspberries!

Method: In a flute glass add 1 tsp of raspberry puree, top right up with prosecco then swirl in the Rose Gold Shimmer and top with a couple of fresh raspberries when ready to serve!

Sexy Stripdown Sangria

Sangria is sure to get your Senioritas in the mood to party! This Strawberry twist on the classic sangria actually uses white wine instead of red, as red can lie heavy before a night out!

Ingredients: Pinot Grigio Wine, Triple Sec, Strawberry juice, Soda Water, Fresh Strawberries, Orange, any other fruits of your choice!

Method: In a large pitched mix two bottles of Pinot Grigio, 1/2 cup of Triple Sec, 2 cups of fresh strawberries, 1 full orange cut into segments, 1 cup of strawberry juice, 1 cup of soda water and let sit for a few hours to give it flavour! Serve in wine glasses over ice!

FAB-ulous ‘Maids Martini

A little bit naughty but a whole lot of fun, this insta-worthy creamy cocktail features an actual fab lolly!

Ingredients: Vodka, Grenadine, Creme De Fraise, Milk, Sprinkles

Method: In a cocktail shaker mix 50ml of vodka, 25ml of Grenadine, 25ml of Creme De Fraise and 100ml of milk until well mixed. Pour the mixture into a martini style glass and top with sprinkles and a fab lolly!

The Sloshed Hen Frosé

This slushy rosé drink is bound to get the hen sloshed in no time, plus its super fun to make, it tastes great and looks fab for an Instagram!

Ingredients: Rosé wine, Lemon juice, Sugar, Fresh Strawberries

Method: Pour the rosé wine into ice cube trays and let it freeze for at least 8 hours. Once frozen add the frozen rosé wine, half a squeezed lemon (or around 2 tbsp if using ready bought lemon juice), 2 tsp of sugar and 4 fresh strawberries into a blender and blend until smoothish. Pour the mixture into wine glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry!
